Undercover videos surfaced in 2015 showing Planned Parenthood officials openly discussing buying and selling the body parts and organs from aborted babies for research. Rather than opening an investigation into Planned Parenthood for trafficking in human body parts, California’s then-Attorney General Kamala Harris, a Democrat, filed charges against the undercover investigators, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress. Harris ordered Daleiden’s home to be raided, and using 11 agents, confiscated video research and evidence, in an attempt to prevent millions of people from seeing what actually goes on inside Planned Parenthood.
Harris’s successor, appointed California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, also a Democrat, egregiously brought 15 felony charges against Daleiden and co-investigator Sandra Merritt for making public “confidential communications” and “invasion of privacy,” even though the videos were filmed in public places, the Independent Journal Review reported. However, last week, a California court ruled that 14 of the 15 counts against Daleiden and Merritt were legally insufficient, and dismissed all but one of the criminal charges against them.
In an editorial, even the Los Angeles Times noted: “Never in the history of California has anyone been charged with a crime for an undercover investigation. There was a recent similar case of animal abuse being outed by undercover videos. No charges were brought in that case.”
Hypocrisy, Thy Name is Democrat
Ironically, Kamala Harris, now a U.S. Senator, tweeted last week about the Trump administration’s health care bill to repeal Obamacare, complaining it removes federal funding for abortion provider Planned Parenthood.
Harris’ Tweet: “Blocking millions from getting preventive care at Planned Parenthood is wrong. Women in this country will not be silenced on this issue.”
Apparently, Kamala Harris wants the women and men concerned about the lives of unborn children silenced… as well as the people who care about the brutality of selling the body parts of the aborted, unborn babies—for a profit. I thought Democrats hated for-profit businesses.
Harris never expressed concern for the unwanted and inconvenient innocent babies killed by ruthless doctors and nurses—for profit.
Pro-abortion advocates have insisted for decades that unborn babies are not alive
Pro-abortion advocates have insisted for decades that unborn babies are not alive. Yet the undercover videos captured by Daleiden and Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe, make very clear that the organs and tissue from aborted babies is very much alive, as they are treated with the same medical care and precision as still-beating human hearts, kidneys, and livers, carefully extracted from recently deceased car-crash victims, whisked away in ambulances to awaiting patients.
However, hypocrisy is not a crime. It wasn’t that long ago that animal rights activists
staged protests, decrying the tortured chickens at Foster Farms in Modesto, CA, all while Planned Parenthood was selling aborted baby organs and tissue to the highest bio-tech bidders.
Center for Medial Progress explains: According to contracts and invoices, the real-life fetal organ and tissue wholesaler companies Novogenix, StemExpress, and Advanced Bioscience Resources all made monthly payments to Planned Parenthood based on the number of resalable fetal specimens the wholesalers’ workers could harvest inside the abortion clinics. Planned Parenthood told Congressional investigators it kept no contemporaneous records of actual costs for reimbursement under the law.
The Novogenix contract promises Planned Parenthood Los Angeles $45 “per donated specimen.” Planned Parenthood Los Angeles does over 15,000 abortions every year, but has never publicly admitted how much money they received in total under their contract with Novogenix. In December 2016, the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Select Investigative Panel both referred Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and Novogenix to the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice for further investigation and criminal prosecution.
More recently, the witch-hunt against these real investigative journalists expanded.
On June 1, 2017, Project Veritas, an investigative journalism outlet exposing corruption and criminal activities, was notified that Democracy Partners and Robert Creamer were planning to launch a $1 million federal lawsuit against the group.
O’Keefe is the investigative journalist who exposed ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now in 2009, by producing undercover videos that purported to show wrongdoing by ACORN employees.
In 2016, Project Veritas uncovered an elaborate voter fraud plan, as well as unethical suggestions and behavior by Robert Creamer and his associates, including Scott Foval, the former National Field Director for Americans United for Change, all of which was traced back to the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign. O’Keefe’s Project Veritas exposed Democrat party operatives paid to stage violence at Trump rallies and blame Trump supporters. O’Keefe got Creamer and Foval on video admitting their diabolical schemes. Robert Creamer and Scott Foval were fired.
Project Veritas’ also caught Clinton campaign operatives scheming on how to “successfully commit voter fraud on a massive scale.”
And now, Creamer and his Democracy Partners are suing O’Keefe.
Despite having the 14 criminal charges dismissed against Daleidin and Merritt, Becerra’s office said the AG will still consider the remaining fifteenth charge, against Merritt alone, for conspiring to invade privacy, and believes he can satisfy Judge Hite’s objections to get the 14 charges reinstated.
If Planned Parenthood ever admitted the truth that they know when life begins, they would be forced to admit that they kill living human beings for profit.
Founded by eugenicist Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider and chain of on-demand abortion clinics in the world. Sanger’s open disdain for blacks, minority groups, the disabled and diseased, spawned Planned Parenthood. She built the organization upon her belief in exterminating individuals she deemed “unfit” for the human family. Nearly 80 percent of its facilities are located in minority neighborhoods. While only 13 percent of American women are black, they submit to more than 35 percent of the abortions.
This is apparently the “preventative care” Sen. Kamala Harris supports.
